This is a quick summary of most of the High-Rise condominium towers in Las Vegas.  I am going to separate them into categories that to make the task easier to tackle.

The first category to outline is Las Vegas Residential High-Rise Condominiums.  Residential condominiums are those that are intended to occupy as a primary or second home.  These communities are typically not directly in the resort areas but are in the general area.
We will look at the northern end of the Strip and Las Vegas Downtown area first.

Sky Vegas
is a 45 story residential high-rise condominium tower on the Las Vegas Strip completed in 2007.  It is actually located in the North Strip area near the SLS hotel/casino and is across the street from the under development Drew hotel complex.  Sky is an amenity rich experience with a pool/spa sundeck, fitness center, game room, and projection room.  All condos have private terraces to take in the amazing views!  Contact me for pricing and additional information.

Allure
is a 41 story Las Vegas residential high-rise condominium in the North-Strip area near the SLS hotel/casino, the Drew hotel complex and Sky Vegas.  Allure has a great fitness center with panoramic views of the pool deck and Downtown Las Vegas.  It was also completed in 2007 and has a great business center and game room.  It also has terraces on most of the condominium units with amazing views!  Allure also has some unique floor-plan configurations.

Turnberry Place is a four building Las Vegas residential complex in the North Strip area, close to the convention center, Westgate hotel, Sky Vegas and Allure Towers.
